Return & Refund Policy Effective for all orders
All of our products are handmade and made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we have a strict policy regarding production timelines, returns, refunds, and warranty coverage.
Production & Processing Time All costumes are handmade to order. Please allow up to 30 days for production before your order ships. These are not ready-made or in-stock items — production begins only after your order is placed. Placing an order is essentially a preorder, and the 30-day window reflects the time needed to handcraft your item.
All Sales Are Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect expectations, or personal preference once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
30-Day Damage Warranty We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery that covers manufacturing defects or damage only. This warranty does not cover:
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or exposure to weather/elements after delivery
- Normal variation in handmade materials (slight differences in fabric texture, stitching, and rider detail are expected and not considered defects)
Refunds & Returns Refunds and returns are only issued in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos and/or video of the damage
- Include your order number
If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. No refunds or returns will be issued for any reason outside of confirmed product damage.
Why This Policy Exists Every costume we sell is custom-made to order. Because materials and labor are committed to your specific order at the time of purchase, and production takes up to 30 days to complete, we're unable to accept returns for anything other than verified damage.
